Explained
How bookings, changes and cancellations work at Neue Events. Plain terms, stated up front.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed booking form. Your confirmation sets out the space, date, times, guest numbers, menu and AV. Any changes are confirmed in writing.
→ Final guest numbers are due 7 days before the event
→ Dietary requirements are due 7 days before the event
→ Run sheets and AV files are due 3 business days before
→ Your coordinator confirms the final run sheet 2 business days before

Booking confirmation
Everything agreed for your event, including timings, numbers and inclusions, is set out in your booking confirmation. Your coordinator will walk you through it before you sign.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change your booking by email at any time.
→ Let us know as early as possible
→ Your coordinator will confirm the cancellation in writing
→ Any cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation
Confidentiality
Event details, guest lists and materials you share with us are kept confidential and used only to run your event. Our staff and suppliers are held to the same standard.
