that work
What you need to stream a conference from the Hall to remote delegates.
What's included
The Hall has a streaming kit as standard: two cameras, a vision mixer and a dedicated line separate from guest Wi-Fi.
Your technician runs the stream from the desk at the back of the room, so presenters only need to think about the audience in front of them.

Planning the run sheet
Remote audiences drop off during long changeovers. Keep transitions under two minutes and play a holding slide between sessions.
Send slides 3 business days before so they can be loaded and tested on the streaming laptop.
Questions from online
Choose one person in the room to read questions from the stream chat. It keeps remote delegates part of the conversation.
We can record every session and hand over the files within 5 business days.
